Tiffany

As a child of the early 80s, I am young and inventive. I have always been a fan of the urban climate therefore in Minnesota the best place for me is Uptown Minneapolis. For those unfamiliar with the area Uptown is host to a number of amazing resteraunts and eateries most notably Eat Street, a multi-block stretch of dozens of food joints.  As a Navy brat, I grew up moving around the country a lot. Because I saw so much of the country I am familiar with cuisines from the different regions throughout America. I have always enjoyed cooking, but I did not decide to go into the industry until my early twenties. After finding myself unemployed after a series of unfulfilling and unrewarding McJobs. I realized that my true calling was to become a chef.
