Chef Kim Bisk is the co-owner of Once Upon A Kitchen, inc.

Providing Personal Chef Services to Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Special occasions, corporate events, cooking class parties, heat and serve,and romantic dinners for 2....we do it all!

I've lived all over the world, most notably in Rome for 15 years. In addition to the Personal Chef and Catering, I also appear as featured Chef at Cooking Expos and conventions.

I am also the Chicago Ambassador for Book of Cooks!
