Barry Kraemer has been a personal and private for over a decade for many diverse families all over the country. Barry got his start in global cuisine while traveling throughout Europe and North Africa. When he came back to settle in Atlanta at the age of 23, while playing bass in the local veteran band Gurufish, he started inventing the dishes he sampled overseas. This experimenting, along with his love of cooking from his mother's kitchen since he was eleven, brought forth a unique style of cuisine which is always seasonal, fresh, globally-inspired and very much American.
Chef Barry has been the Private Chef to many high profile celebrities, sports figures, musicians, and business people. Look for him on BET network, when he made his debut on national television while he was Private Chef to R&B artist, Keysia Cole, on her reality TV show "The Way it Is." Barry was the Private Chef to the President of the Florida Marlins in 2003 (when they won the World Series!), as well as the Chief Surgeon of the Cleveland Clinic, and the Owner of the Florida Panthers Hockey Team, Texas Ranger's Pitcher Kris Benson, and many more.
Prior to being a Private Chef, he ran a successful Personal Chef Service in southern New Jersey for over four years, serving 100's of families weekly menus, and catered many large events. His clients have had diverse palates and some with dietary restrictions including Vegetarian, Vegan, Macrobiotic, Gluten-Free, and Dairy-Free.
