About Me

I really like to experiment with fresh seafood and salads. Roasting is my favorite way to cook meats and fish to preserve flavor and become really tender. My favorite dish to cook is mussels with my special hot sauce,rice or cous,cous, and everything salad. Baby Red Potatoes make excellent mashed potatoes. I like to cook for many people. Plantains are another great meal maker. I also bake very well. My favorite is Vegan Bread or Cinnamon rolls.
