Having over twenty years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry, working in a diversity positions; I decided to follow my passion going to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Schools, to achieve my dreams which is cooking and creating Edible Art for You, such as signature dishes with a touch of elegant and incredible Culinary Art. Having the experience I had being in a different restaurants, knowing a variety of Cultures and Cuisines; I have the ability to prepare elegant and outstanding menus, for especial events playing with a variety of choices working with the Seasons and freshness of the local produce.
